Affiliate Program
Terms

These terms govern Klipr’s Affiliate Program. By clicking “I accept” in your dashboard you agree to all of the following. Last updated: 2026-05-10.

1. Eligibility

Any Klipr account holder can join the Affiliate Program at no cost, simply by accepting these terms in their dashboard. You must be at least 18 years old. You must not be located in a country sanctioned by the United States or the European Union. Klipr reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation at our discretion.

2. Commission rate and structure

Affiliates earn a recurring commission of 30% on every successful subscription payment from a paying user they refer to Klipr ("Referred User"). The commission is paid for the lifetime of the Referred User's subscription, including renewals, as long as both the affiliate's and Referred User's accounts remain in good standing. There is no cap on the number of Referred Users or total earnings. Klipr may modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice — changes never apply retroactively to commissions already accrued.

3. Attribution window

When a visitor clicks an affiliate link containing the affiliate's referral code (e.g. https://klipr.pro/?ref=YOURCODE), a cookie is set on that visitor's browser for 30 days. If the visitor signs up for Klipr and pays for a subscription within those 30 days, the affiliate is credited. Last-touch attribution applies: if a visitor clicks multiple affiliate links before signing up, the most recent click within the 30-day window receives credit. Cookies cleared, blocked, or expired before signup are not eligible for attribution.

4. Self-referrals and gaming

Self-referrals — using your own affiliate code to sign up an account you control — are strictly prohibited and automatically blocked at signup. Creating multiple accounts to refer yourself, paying friends or family to sign up via your link, click fraud, cookie stuffing, paid search bidding on Klipr brand terms, and similar attempts to inflate referrals are grounds for immediate termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and clawback of paid commissions.

5. Payouts

Commissions are paid out via PayPal once your unpaid balance reaches $50 and you have requested a payout from your dashboard. Payouts are processed manually within 14 business days of request. You must provide a valid PayPal email address in your dashboard before requesting a payout. Klipr is not responsible for fees or currency conversion losses imposed by PayPal.

6. Refunds and clawbacks

If a Referred User's payment is refunded — whether by Klipr's billing team or via a chargeback dispute — the corresponding commission is automatically cancelled. If the commission has not yet been paid out, it is removed from your balance. If it has been paid out, Klipr reserves the right to deduct the amount from your next payout or invoice you for the difference if your account closes with a negative balance.

7. Promotional conduct

Affiliates may promote Klipr through their own social media, blogs, newsletters, podcasts, YouTube channels, and direct outreach. Affiliates MAY NOT: bid on Klipr's brand terms in paid search advertising; impersonate Klipr staff; create lookalike domains, social handles, or websites that could be confused with Klipr; make false claims about Klipr's features, pricing, or performance; spam users with unsolicited messages; misrepresent the affiliate relationship by hiding that referral links are affiliate links (US FTC and EU equivalents require disclosure).

8. Tax responsibilities

Affiliates are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or representatives of Klipr. Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any income tax, self-employment tax, value-added tax, or other taxes owed on commissions earned. Klipr does not withhold taxes from payouts. US-based affiliates earning $600 or more in a calendar year may receive a Form 1099 and must provide a valid W-9 form on request. International affiliates may be required to provide a W-8BEN.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate participation in the Affiliate Program at any time without cause. Affiliates can opt out by closing their Klipr account or contacting affiliates@klipr.pro. Klipr may suspend or terminate an affiliate for: violation of these terms; abusive, fraudulent, or deceptive promotional practices; closure of the affiliate's Klipr account; non-response to support communications for more than 90 days. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions held for less than 30 days may be forfeited if the termination was for cause. Commissions held longer than 30 days that are not subject to clawback will be paid out at the next payout cycle if the $50 minimum is met.

10. Intellectual property and brand use

Klipr grants affiliates a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Klipr's trademarks, name, logo, and product screenshots solely to promote Klipr through the Affiliate Program. Affiliates must not modify, distort, or use Klipr's branding in any way that disparages the company or misleads consumers. All other rights are reserved. Klipr may revoke this license at any time.

11. Limitation of liability

Klipr's total liability under these Affiliate Program Terms is limited to the unpaid commission balance owed to the affiliate at the time the claim arises. Klipr is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Klipr makes no guarantees about the volume of clicks, signups, conversions, or earnings any affiliate will generate.

12. Changes to these terms

Klipr may modify these Affiliate Program Terms by posting an updated version at this URL. Material changes will be communicated via email to active affiliates at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued participation in the program after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Klipr is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in that jurisdiction, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual-property or confidentiality breaches.
